The Mortgage lending is the primary mechanism used to finance private ownership of residential and commercial properties to new or existing customers for the purpose of acquiring, improving and/or constructing residential houses, flats, commercial properties, i.e. multiple residential units, business project financing whose nature involves constructions including Schools, Hotels, Commercial parks, Commercial residential apartments, Manufacturing industries etc. that are secured by the acquired, improved and/or constructed property.

For Employees

  1. Interest rate is 16% reducing per year
  2. Maximum tenure is 120 Months for houses with Sales Agreement and 240 Months for houses with certificate of Title.
  3. Confirmed employee
  4. Six Months accounts statement.
  5. Maximum loan is Tzs 1 Billion


For Entrepreneurs or SME

  1. Interest rate is 17% reducing per year
  2. Maximum tenure is 5 Years, It can be 10years for strong businesslike real estate
  3. Business License
  4. TIN Number
  5. One year accounts statement.
  6. Maximum loan is Tzs 1.5Billion
