This is a product designed and operated by Tanzania Commercial Bank in partnership with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs). The main objective is to provide both an easy, secured and formal way for customers operating VICOBA (both formal and informal) and other small group savings (Family and friends, Ujirani mwema, church and mosque groups e.tc) while using Mobile money platforms, such as Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, HaloPesa and M-Pesa.

Each group is created by a digital Group Saving account which hold all member’s contributions (shares, social contributions, loan repayments, contributions, penalties and fines). The creation of group saving account is initiated by a group chairperson through MNO menu, and then after add other leaders and group members.
